DGI Inbox helps Indian businesses run sales and support on WhatsApp from one place. It is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) from Meta.

What you can do with DGI Inbox

• Team inbox — several agents on one number, with chat assignment, notes, tags and quick replies.
• Broadcasts — send approved template messages to tagged audiences, schedule them and see delivery / read reports.
• Automation — welcome and away messages, business hours, keyword auto-replies, chatbot flows and round-robin assignment.
• Coexistence — keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number while connected to the API.
• Integrations & API — connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, Pabbly or Zapier, or use our REST API and webhooks (on eligible plans).

Simple, transparent pricing

Prepaid monthly or yearly plans in Indian Rupees, with no auto-renewal. Meta's WhatsApp message charges are paid to Meta separately — we add no markup. See plans.
